A Sunday's worth of worship weaving together salvation and peacemaking
The theme for these resources comes from a hymn written by Menno Simons, whose name Mennonites carry. He believed that Christian faith is about regeneration-being made new in a radical way. The regenerated do not go to war, he taught, because through newness of life, they have turned from those ways. The connection between salvation and peacemaking in Mennos' thought is simple and clear.
