Compassion

What ever happened to compassion? I think it has become a lost art. We come to people to spread the American way. And then we take everything too seriously. When you play a sport isn't there always that one kid who got super competitive and if you were not on his team you were the enemy? Well, in the big world this is called militarism. Just because someone was born in Iraq, they are automatically the enemy and have to be exterminated. I have even seen bumper sticker saying "support and comfort to the enemy, NO WAY!" That is not exactly a kind and compassionate attitude. We need to realize that almost nothing in this world is black and white. Everything is in shades of gray. We need to keep things in perspective. Try to be kind, maybe help send relief kits to war zones. Love people, no matter what nationality they are. They are human too. To kill someone you first have to dehumanize them. DO NOT allow that to happen. Just try to LOVE.
