"Know thine enemy." An ancient saying. However, it is important to know what is really going on with the people on "our" side. Whether or not you support the war, it is a good idea to understand what is actually going on. The book "From Baghdad With Love" is a touching tale about a Marine who rescues a stray puppy. In the course of the narrative, the living and fighting conditions are described in graphic detail. As a Marine, the author's language is rough, however, the writing is insightful and touching. I suggest you read it. For some it will no doubt reinforce their opposition to the war.But now they have even more solid facts to support their position.
