Tools for our Time: congregations in a country at war
We live in a country that will be at war for the foreseeable future. As Christian people, we need information and encouragement to help us hear God's call as we seek to live as peacemakers in the United States.
On April 12, 2005, 9:00-10:00 EST, Susan Mark Landis, peace advocate, Executive Leadership, will host a phone call/web link to
draw us together in worship and community,
inform us,
equip us to be Christians of peace in the United States, and
send us out in action.
 |
Format |
 |
This call is somewhat like a radio show, presenting tightly scripted information and views. Speakers will talk; you as listeners listen. You may submit questions ahead of time. Your phone line (or web access) is mute during the call. To create a local sense of community, we encourage you to invite your small group, Sunday school class, or a few friends to your home or office to listen together and then discuss the information.
registration is required
